will move to and best time to sell. I will prepare a strategic calendar of commitments showing
the key steps in the preparation and sales process the estimate time to accomplish and necessary
actions to be taken and provide you with a timeline for Broker Tours and Open Houses. I will
also provide you with thorough cost estimates for any work that will be done so that you can
budget and account for your sales costs.
