Meet Michael
As a fourth generation native of Berkeley, Michael has an intimate knowledge of the East Bay and San Francisco. Michael began in real estate by renovating rental units. More recently, he used that initial knowledge of buildings to manage residential high-rise structures.
His thorough understanding of high-rise building systems and his vast experience with their sometimes complicated HOA’s and CC&R’s, give him a comparative advantage in the urban downtown market.
Michael has lived and conducted business overseas for over 11 years. He combines that experience with a thoughtful and very energetic personality, and applies a methodical process with follow through, to navigate the sometimes-tricky process of purchasing or selling a home.
In conjunction, Michael has mastered the evolving technological landscape. He truly knows how to integrate internet- based marketing with the traditional print marketing. His strategic approach will guarantee maximum exposure across all media portals for his listings.
My Philosophy
I am devoted to my profession of real estate and I enjoy the people I work with. Customer service is paramount — and I passionately believe that people making major decisions – the biggest one – purchasing and buying real estate, must be informed and serviced to the highest degree throughout the transaction, so that they can realize the best outcome and have the most positive experience. I look forward to devoting myself to your real estate needs and I hope that serves you well for years to come.
Community
I serve on the Board of Directors for The Committee to Preserve the Jess Murals & Kael-Basart House (a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization). The Jess Collins Trust and other lovers of Jess’s work are seeking to preserve the house and murals for future generations to see, study and enjoy.
